33 Hilden Park.
This project involved the construction of a single-storey rear extension to a semi-detached residential property. An application was submitted under prior notification in accordance with Part 1, Class A of the General Permitted Development Order. The larger home extension under PD was designed to enhance the existing lounge area, providing additional living space and improve natural lighting through the incorporation of Velux roof lights. The design respects the character of the surrounding area and follows similar precedents. Additionally, a build over agreement was secured with Southern Water to allow for construction over an existing drain conduit.
20 Bramley Gardens.
This project involved the addition of a first-floor rear extension, positioned directly above an existing single-storey rear projection. The extension enhances the internal layout by providing enlarged living quarters, without altering the ground floor. The design has been sensitively developed in line with the character of the surrounding area and the planning policies of the local council. It promotes a high-quality, cost-effective residential development, enhancing the client experience.
